Dicle News Agency (DIHA) reporter Nedim Oruç who had been arrested for journalistic works in Şırnak's Silopi district on January 5, has been released.

Oruç has been released during his first hearing at Cizre High Criminal Court today.

Out of the 40 journalists jailed in Turkey, 13 are correspondents of the Dicle News Agency.
