Over 15 acres of land and 500 trees burned down in Kelar
15 acres of land and 500 trees were burned in fire caused in the forest area in Kelar, Germiyan, in South Kurdistan.
New fires were reported on Wednesday evening in the forest area of Kelar, Gemiyan. Some 15 acres of land and 500 trees were burned.
Firefighters reached the area within a hour from the first calls and had their troubles in putting off the fires. The causes of this new fire have not been established.
