The artistic, cultural and political event titled "Embassy of a new world: Kurdistan", held in Lausanne, saw the participation of artists, politicians and academics from many countries of the world.

The event ended on Sunday evening.

Dozens of guests from different countries of the world debated about Democratic Confederalism for two days at the event, which was hosted by Théâtre Vidy-Lausanne.

The project was created by Nilüfer Koç, a member of the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK), and Dutch artist Jonas Staal.

The program of the second day saw 3 separate workshops.

Jineology Academy member Necîbe Qeredaxî', activist Ahmedna Abdi M'barek from Western Sahara made presentations on "Jineoloji" and "Self-Defense in Western Sahara" while artist and researcher Marwa Arsanios from Lebanon made a presentation on art and politics.

In the afternoon, a workshop titled "Solidarity Cultures" was held with the participation of Rojîn Mûkriyan, Ahmedna Abdi M'barek and Marwa Arsanios from Rojhilat.

The last workshop was titled "World Democratic Confederalism". Kongra Star member Rûxweş Şêxo and Nazma Akter, President of the Textile Workers' Union of Bangladesh and founder of the Awaj Foundation, made a presentation.

Rûxweş Şêxo summarized the development of the revolution in Rojava, underlining the role of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan, and said that people from all over the world came to Rojava and worked in communes, but could not establish a network after returning to their countries.

Nazma Akter said: “Big companies have the power to change the world. But they do whatever their own interests require. We, in Bangladesh, organized textile workers and we continue to struggle."
