It came out that the 2 young women aged 16 and 18 who had gone missing in Siirt province two days ago were kept in a residence by policemen. When the news broke, Siirt Police Department put a confidentiality order on the case.

The two girls managed to call emergency hotline 155 and said they were being kept in an address on Musa Atik Avenue in Bahçelievler Neighborhood by force. The residence of anti-terror Unit officer H.E.Ş. and Organised Crime Unit officer T.K. was therewith raided.

The officers who kidnapped the girls were detained in the raid and charged with “depriving persons of their freedom” afterwards.
