A group of Kurdish youths has occupied the building of European Committee for the Prevention of Torture (CPT) in Strasbourg.

The occupation demo is being staged in protest at the CPT's silence on the aggravated isolation of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan and the AKP atrocity in Northern Kurdistan territory.

Dozens of youths are joining the occupation demo in the CPT building which was surrounded by police forces soon later. Youths under police blockade called upon the Kurdish people to come to the CPT office for support.

Reports are coming through that police have started taking demonstrators into custody.
