A group of mothers in Shengal marched to the positions of KDP forces in response to the attacks on Êzidî land.
Mothers gave the following message to the armed forces of the KDP: “We need no outside force, YBŞ/YJŞ protect us already. You left us and fled when ISIS attacked Shengal, what do you have to do here now? We do not want the KDP to protect us. We want no military force here other than YBŞ/YJŞ and HPG/YJA-Star.”
The KDP forces at their emplacements told the mothers that they will not leave the region.
