ISIS gangs have kidnapped 19 Arab people from the village of Qulan to the south of Kobanê.

According to reports by local sources, gangs affiliated to the barbaric Islamist organization of ISIS kidnapped 19 inhabitants from the Qulan village last night.

YPG forces have arrived the area and started an operation against ISIS gangs upon the demand of local people in the village which remains outside the YPG-held area.
