Tripartite meeting between SDF, Autonomous Administration and the Syrian Democratic Council

The discussions centered on engaging in dialogue with the new administration in Damascus and addressing the ongoing attacks by Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on northern and eastern Syria.

On Tuesday, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), the Syrian Democratic Council (SDC), and the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (DAANES) held a joint meeting to discuss the latest developments in Syria.

The discussions centered on engaging in dialogue with the new administration in Damascus and addressing the ongoing attacks by Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on northern and eastern Syria.

The meeting resulted in several key decisions. First, it emphasized the necessity for international actors to exert pressure on the Turkish occupation to achieve a comprehensive ceasefire and to ensure the implementation of previously signed agreements. It was underscored that any ceasefire must apply to all Syrian territories.

Additionally, the meeting reaffirmed the commitment of northern and eastern Syria to participate actively in the political process and contribute to building a future Syria. It was noted that everyone in North-East Syria is aligned with this vision and are working collaboratively toward this goal.

The meeting also highlighted the importance of strengthening communication and fostering relationships with all components of Syrian society. This effort aims to solidify the internal front, ensuring greater effectiveness in addressing the evolving situation in Syria.
