YJA Star Headquarters Command congratulated all commanders and fighters who have taken part in the historic actions carried out as part of the Bazên Zagrosan and the Martyr Savaş Maraş Revolutionary Campaigns.
The Headquarters Command of Free Women’s Troops (YJA Star) sent the following congratulatory address to the Medya Defence Conducting Staff of the YJA Star Command, stating the following:
“The international conspiracy against our leaders and movement gained momentum with the invasion attacks on our Zap, Avaşîn and Metîna regions on April 14, 2022. The attacks have evolved into a new phase with the attacks on Girê FM, Girê Cûdî and Girê Hakkarî on May 25.
In this war, which we also deem as a battle of existence and freedom, our YJA Star commanders and fighters, aware of their historical responsibilities since the first day of the fighting, have carried out effective actions equivalent to the revolutionary people’s war strategy all over our country from Cûdî, Kurojahro, Serhat to Çiyareş and Werxelê.
On May 26, our comrades in the Werxele battle tunnels in Avaşîn gave the most meaningful response to the enemy's summons with a different method worthy of the legacies of Cumali and Çavrê and seized their weapons. On May 28, they ferociously struck Turkish troops in the Martyr Berxwedan battle tunnels in Martyr Şahin Resistance Area in an action befitting the Bazên Zagrosan campaign. On May 27, our YJA Star commanders and fighters, fighting in a self-sacrificing manner in the Martyr Savaş Maraş Revolutionary Campaign against the invasion attacks on Girê FM and Girê Cûdî areas, played their role in a way worthy of the glory of those lands, while the Martyr Aryana Baran revenge team shot down a Turkish Sikorsky helicopter. These actions, which are an expression of passionate commitment to the leader and a free life, should become more widespread and stronger.
