Students of the Autonomous University of Barcelona organized a panel on the struggle of Kurdish women as part of the 8 March.
Students of political sciences, sociology, the feminist commission and jineoloji committee organized a panel on the struggle of Kurdish women.
The panel was part of the events organised for 8 March, International Women’s Day.
The students discussed the history of the struggle of Kurdish women and it was underlined that women played a leading role from prisons to revolution.
In the panel attended by some 50 students, attention was also drawn to the isolation imposed upon Kurdish people’s leader Abdullah Öcalan.
