Prosecutor in Deniz Poyraz murder case gives his opinion

At the hearing of the trial against Onur Gencer, the killer of Deniz Poyraz, the prosecutor gave his opinion. It was requested that Gencer be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment and up to 7 years in prison for the crime of "deliberate killing".

The 6th hearing of the trial of Onur Gencer, who killed Deniz Poyraz in an armed attack on the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) İzmir Provincial Building, was held in the Aliağa Şakran Prison Campus courtroom. Only defendant Onur Gencer and his lawyer were present at the hearing, because the case lawyers left the hall as the judge rejected a request they submitted.
