YPG/YPJ retaliate attacks on Efrîn

Fighters of the People’s Defense Units (YPG) and Women’s Defense Units (YPJ) retaliated the attacks of the Turkish army and affiliated gangs on Efrîn Canton.

Fighters of the People’s Defense Units (YPG) and Women’s Defense Units (YPJ) retaliated the attacks of the Turkish army and affiliated gangs on Efrîn Canton.

YPG sources reported that the artillery attacks of the invading Turkish army and allied gangs on Efrîn’s Shera district have caused damage to the houses of civilians.

On the other hand, YPG/YPJ fighters also retaliated the attacks on Basufane and Til Bani villages in Efrîn’s Sherawa district, Cindires region and Bashur hill. According to reports, some ISIS members were killed as a result.

ANHA news agency reported that Turkish-backed gangs stationed in Semane Citadel carried out artillery attacks on Beiye and Basufane villages, inflicting material damage on houses and properties of the local people.

Separately, the Turkish troops are reported to be launching artillery attacks on Eqdam village of Efrîn’s Bilbile district from their positions on the border.
