The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) has reported the deployment of Turkish forces on the international road Aleppo-Latakia (M4) from the side of southern Idlib countryside.

On the other hand, the Observatory reported that Turkish forces cut off the “M4” road completely, without knowing the reasons whether for the purpose of conducting an individual patrol, or combing the road in search of landmines and IEDs.
