Manbij Military Council: Attempt by gangs to infiltrate a village repelled

The Manbij Military Council Press Center said that gangs tried to infiltrate a village in Manbij, but were surrounded and repelled.

According to a statement issued by the Manbij Military Council Press Center, the Turkish state and its gangs attempted to infiltrate the village of Um Jilûd late on Tuesday night.

The statement said that the Manbij Military Council fighters, who were following the gangs' movements, surrounded them.

After the siege, the gangs were forced to retreat from the clashes.

According to the information received, simultaneously with the gangs' attempt to infiltrate the village of Um Jilûd, the Turkish state fired 11 howitzers and mortars at the village of Çat. It was reported that drones also participated in the attack.

A drone belonging to the Turkish state attacked a position of the Damascus government forces and two Damascus army soldiers were injured.
