The ManbiJ Military Council Press Office said in a statement that Anti-Terrorist Units carried out an operation in Manbij, resulting in the destruction of a ISIS cell structure.

The statement said: "Anti-Terror Units were able to destroy the cell structure after collection of intelligence and information." The statement also said that this cell "was going to act in Hol camp where families of ISIS members are staying."

In particular 6 women staying in Hol camp were going to be taken together with ISIS members injured in Deir Ezzor to Turkish occupied areas. But the operation planned by the cell was spoiled by the Anti-Terror Units.

A member of the ISIS cell, codenamed "Ebû Nacî", was detained in the operation and confirmed that the cell was operating in the territories occupied by Turkey with the so called Euphrates Shield operation.

The Manbij the Military Council Press Office said that "this cell structure was established by Turkey to bring ISIS members and their families to the territory occupied by the Turkish state."
