According to the statement made by the Press Center of the Northern and Eastern Syria Internal Security Forces, 4 people part of a secret cell of ISIS mercenaries were exposed. The Internal Security Force confirmed that these mercenaries were active in Manbij and rural areas and were involved in many terrorist attacks.

The Press Center stated that security and operation forces raided the mercenaries' locations on Friday morning. One mercenary who fired at the Internal Security Forces was killed, while 3 other mercenaries were captured. It was reported that documents and ammunition belonging to the men were also seized.

Announcing that initial investigations into the mercenaries captured are continuing, the Internal Security Forces said that details will be disclosed after the investigation is completed.
