The Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) Command announced the balance sheet of the actions they carried out against the occupation forces in 2023.

According to the HRE, one civilian was martyred and 13 others were injured in the genocidal attacks carried out by the occupying Turkish state and its mercenaries in 2023. In response to the attacks, HRE carried out many actions in Afrin, Azaz, Marî, Bab and rural areas.

HRE pointed out that heavy blows were dealt to the occupation forces and 12 HRE fighters were martyred in the actions.

Stressing that the actions will continue until the occupied territories are liberated, HRE announced the balance sheet for 2023 as follows:

"Our forces carried out 34 effective actions in 2023. As a result of the actions;

-3 police officers and 19 soldiers were killed, 32 soldiers and 6 police officers were wounded.

- 70 mercenaries were killed and 58 others were wounded.

- 12 AK-47 weapons and magazines, 3 BKC weapons and bullets, 2 B7 rocket launchers, 4 grenades, 3 cell phones and 2 mercenary IDs were confiscated.

- Five enemy bases, an arsenal, a thermal camera, a night scope, 6 motorcycles, 9 vehicles, a panzer and a truck were destroyed.

- One drone was shot down."
