HRE hit invaders in Afrin and Azaz: One killed, ten wounded

A mercenary was killed in HRE operations in the Turkish occupied Afrin and Azaz regions in northern Syria. Ten other occupiers were injured, including seven Turkish army soldiers.

Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) released a statement announcing the results of the recent retaliatory actions carried out by their units against the Turkish invasion army and allied mercenaries in Afrin and Azaz regions.

Details of the HRE operations in Shera, Sherawa and Azaz regions are as follows:

“Our forces infiltrated the Turkish military base in the Meryemin village in Afrin’s Shera district on November 23. Strikes by our fighters left 7 soldiers of the Turkish army wounded, including two seriously.

On November 23, our units carried out a sabotage operation against Turkish-backed mercenaries in the vicinity of the Xezewi village in Afrin’s Sherawa district. A mercenary from Idlib, named Ibrahim Musa al-Ali, was killed in the action.

On the same date, our units targeted Turkish-backed mercenaries with a sabotage action in the vicinity of the Azaz city, which left three mercenaries wounded.”

HRE also reported that Turkish forces and mercenaries, having suffered heavy blows in HRE actions, carried out artillery attacks against the villages of Malikiyê, Merenaz, Şewarqa, Kela Şewarqa and Elqamiyê in the Shera district.
