The "Ferhad Şiblî Academy" opened in Raqqa in memory of Ferhad Şiblî on the second anniversary of his death.
An academy was opened in Raqqa to pay tribute to the memory of Ferhad Shibli, deputy chair of the Democratic Autonomous Administration Executive Council, who fell as a martyr in the attack carried out by the occupying Turkish state usin an armed drone in the Kelar district of Silaymaniyah city of South Kurdistan on 17 June 2022.
The Democratic Autonomous Administration of Northern and Eastern Syria took the decision and underwent work to ensure the opening of the academy. Immediately after the official opening, the Democratic Autonomous Administration Education Office started its first training classes.
The training, attended by 40 people from the Autonomous Administration Public Oversight Board, will last 15 days.
