13 mercenaries killed in villages of Gire Spi
SDF fighters respond to the attacks of occupation forces that continue in spite of a ceasefire agreement.
In violation of the ceasefire agreed for northern Syria, Turkish-backed mercenaries attacked the villages of Upper Misherfe and Kefifa in Gire Spi (Tal Abyad) at around 3am last night.
Fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) responded to the attack within the frame of legitimate defense. 13 mercenaries were killed during the ensuing clashes.
Having suffered heavy losses, the mercenaries attacked the area with tank and DShK fire till the morning hours.
