Thousands took the streets in Germany against Turkish genocide

Hundreds of thousands of people are on the streets around the world protesting against the Turkish invasion of Northern and Eastern Syria.

FREIBURG

Some five thousand people protested in Freiburg the Turkish invasion of Northern and Eastern Syria. 

Speakers condemned the genocide attacks carried out by Turkey against Kurds.

AUGSBURG

Dozens of Kurds gathered in Königsplatz in Augsburg to protest the Turkish state's invasion of Rojava.

SAARBRÜCKEN

The Turkish state's invasion of Northern and Eastern Syria was protested in Saarbrücken. Over than a thousand Kurdish people and their friends gathered in front of the Europagals shouting their anger at the Turkish state's attempt to invade Rojava.

In addition to four different Kurdistan institutions and organizations, the action was joined by German organizations such as Aktion 3. Welt, Saarland Refugee Council, Antifa Saar, MLKP and DKP.

BREMEN

The attacks against Rojava were also condemned in Bremen. Thousands of Kurds joined the action which was also attended by Armenian representative Heiko.

HAMBURG

A demonstration was organised in Hamburg and saw the participation of around 10 thousand people. Cansu Özdemir, Die Linke MP for Hamburg, and Mahmut Erdem, representative of the Alevi Society in Hamburg, addressed the crowd and condemned the attacks carried out by the Turkish state.

KIEL

In Kiel, Kurds and their friends protested the attacks of the Turkish state with a mass march. The action was joined by Alevi Community of Kiel, the Kurdistan Solidarity Committee, anti-fascist groups, Russische Gemeinde, Die Linke, AGIF and Kurdische Gemeinde.
