Solidarity night with Rojava in Nuremberg

The crowd expressed their solidarity with Rojava and celebrated the founding anniversary of the PKK.

Medya People’s House organised a solidarity night with Rojava in the German city of Nuremberg.

The solidarity event on Saturday evening also marked the the 42nd anniversary of the PKK.

A minute of silence for the martyrs was followed by the speech of KCDK-E (European Democratic Kurdish Society Congress) Board member Demir Çelik who condemned the Turkish invasion of North-East Syria and said the following; “With its democratic, ecological and women libertarian perspective, PKK is today the hope of great humanity and the liberty cause of the oppressed, poor and laborers.”

The event continued with folkloric and musical performances.
