YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) that have laid a siege around ISIS in Raqqa continue their advance in the city.

As fierce clashes are taking place in several locations across the city, SDF fighters advancing in the city center have gained control over the al-Mazari Boulevard in al-Barid neighborhood.

The al-Mazari Boulevard is located between al-Barid and al-Romaniya neighborhoods, and by taking it SDF fighters will be able to move more easily in the area.

On the other hand, heavy fighting continues in al-Nahda and Hattin neighborhoods west of the city.
