Protests have taken place in Den Haag and Marseille to condemn the Turkish state attacks against Northern and Eastern Syria.

DEN HAAG

Kurds and their friends gathered in front of the Dutch parliament on Tuesday to protest against the war crimes, massacres and occupation carried out by the Turkish state in Northern and Western Syria.

MARSEILLE

A new demonstration was held in Marseille. This time activists performed a human chain while members of Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger hung a giant banner in front of the Réformes Canebière church.

Activists were holding photos of Öcalan posters, YPG and YPJ flags and photos of the martyrs of the massacre Turkey carried out last Sunday when it targeted a civilian convoy heading to Serekaniye.

Addressing the crowd, Kurdish politician Sabahattin Hınıs said: "Today is the day of our honor."
