Park in Rome named after internationalist martyr Lorenzo Orsetti

A park in Rome was named after internationalist fighter martyr Lorenzo Orsetti (Tekoser Piling). Various events are held throughout Italy on the occasion of 25 April, the anniversary of liberation from Nazi fascism.

A park in Rome was named after internationalist fighter Lorenzo Orsetti (Tekoser Piling), who fell a martyr during the resistance against ISIS mercenaries in Rojava. The ceremony took place during the celebrations for 25 April, Italy's anniversary of the liberation from Nazi fascism.

The Partisan Movement that organized the event also commemorated the martyr Lorenzo Orsetti.

In the speech delivered at the event, it was pointed out that Orsetti came from the tradition of the Partisan Movement. A sign was erected in the park in memory of Orsetti.

Hundreds of people, including Orsetti's father and friends, the Kurdistan Information Office and the Roman Kurdish Commune as well as many representatives of civil society organizations, attended the commemoration.
