A police officer was seriously wounded while intervening in the clash between two groups in Sur district of Diyarbakýr. And one person in the group was killed when the police responded.

Police intervened in a clash between two groups in Lalebey neighborhood  of Sur district. In the mutual clash between the group and police, Cuma Eltugay was killed with the fire opened by police and a police officer named Erdinç Karagöz was seriously wounded.

Carrying out operations in the region, police has detained many people.
