Kurds in Denmark launch activities for Öcalan's freedom

In the Danish capital city Copenhagen an information tent has been pitched to inform the public on the aggravated isolation on Öcalan.

Council members of Kurdish Democratic Society Center in Denmark initiated yesterday a three-weeks series of tent activities to condemn the isolation on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan who is seen as the guarantor of peace and freedom of peoples.

Despite heavy rainfall, an information tent was pitched yesterday at the Gammeltorv Square with a banner reading the motto "We call on everyone to stand up for Öcalan and their own freedom", and leaflets about the latest information on the aggravated isolation on Öcalan and the related situation in Kurdistan, got distributed among the interested passers-by.

This tent activity will be staged for the next two weeks each Friday from 12.00 to 18.00 at the Gammeltorv Square in the Danish capital.
