A Newroz celebration was held in Helsinki. Leftist organizations, the Democratic Kurdish Medical Center, the representatives of the Association for Arts, and many Kurds lit the Newroz fire on Sunday.

The crowd, who danced around the fire with the slogan "Newroz piroz be", also symbolically burned the throne of the cruel Dehaq.
