Diyarbakir 6th High Criminal Court continued hearing of the case against 152 Kurdish politicians who are accused of being a member of an illegal organization.

The defendants were transferred to the courthouse from Diyarbakir D Type Prison under heavy security. Turkish snipers took position on the top of the buildings near the courthouse and traffic were blocked during the defendants transfer to the courthouse.

The court continued hearing continued with reading of the summary of 7500 page indictment today.

At 13h00 the court adjourned until afternoon.

Supporters of the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) continued their "vigil for peace" action in front of the courthouse.
