KCDK-E calls on people to join actions for Kurdistan on 6 June

The KCDK-E called on people to join the marches and actions to be carried out on 6 June throughout Europe, Canada, Australia and the the world with the slogan ‘Everyday Kurdistan with every action'.

The European Kurdish Democratic Society Congress (KCDK-E) Co-presidency Council said: "The struggle and resistance for women's freedom represents a nightmare for the fascist dictator Erdogan and his regime, and because of this is facing all kinds of attacks."

The statement added: “The genocidal Turkish state is fighting against the Kurdish people with all possible means. The Turkish state aims at gaining full control over almost all parts of Kurdistan, and for this carries out genocide, torture, kidnapping, rape, robbery, plundering and assimilation policies.”

Reminding that “in the territory of Afrin, occupied by the Turkish state and its mercenary allies, women are raped, kidnapped, captured and slaughtered. Assimilation policies are implemented in order for children to forget their language and culture. Women are the main target of this brutal war.”

Reminding of the provocation carried out in South Kurdistan, the KCDK-E continued: “It is our main duty to protect Kurdistan by struggling with more determination to defend our right to life and our future. This is our most sacred and priority mission.”

The KCDK-E invited "our patriotic people to stand strong and to stand up and take to the streets with the slogan ‘Every day Kurdistan with every action’. Let’s everyone join the national stand-up and resistance actions and marches that we will carry out on 6 June all over Europe, Canada, Australia and the world."
