Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê Initiative claims 4 actions in Istanbul

Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê Initiative reported that they set a factory on fire as well as 13 vehicles belonging to fascists and collaborators.

In a written statement, Jinên Tîrêjên Rojê Initiative said: "We salute the ongoing historical guerrilla resistance in Kurdistan and commemorate our martyrs who led this resistance.”

The statement added that the actions were carried out in four different places in Istanbul.

“On 23 August, our units carried out a sabotage action against the plant and factory belonging to a pharmaceutical manufacturing company close to the AKP supporters in Istanbul Silivri. The factory and three vehicles belonging to the company were burned and destroyed. The company suffered heavy material damages.

On 24 August, 4 vehicles belonging to AKP members were burned and destroyed by our units in Fatih, Istanbul.

On 24 August, two luxury vehicles belonging to a businessman from the AKP were burned and destroyed by our units in Beykoz, Istanbul.

On 25 August, 4 vehicles belonging to collaborators were burned and destroyed by our units in Kartal, Istanbul."

The statement ended with the following statements: “We organized these actions in memory of comrades Martyr Delila Meyaser and Leyla Agiri, who made great efforts and led the Kurdish Freedom Struggle and the Women's Freedom Struggle."
