ISIS attacks repelled in Deir ez-Zor campaign
SDF fighters have repelled the ISIS attacks on Mihemim village in the ongoing Deir ez-Zor campaign. 2 ISIS members were killed in clashes.
ISIS gangs attacked the positions of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the village of Mihemim last night. Clashes erupted as SDF fighters retaliated instantly, after which the attacks were repelled.
2 ISIS members were killed in clashes and their bodies remained in SDF possession.
The village of Mihemim northwest of Deir ez-Zor has been liberated by SDF fighters recently as part of the Operation Cizire Storm to clear Deir ez-Zor territory of ISIS.
