15-year old Kurdish villager Taner Kurucan was killed as a result of the fire opened by the Iranian soldiers in Ozalp district of Van province on the Iranian border.

It is reported that a child called Taner Kurucan was shot by the Iranian soldiers in Damlacik village of Ozalp district on account of fuel oil smuggling. Kurucan was hospitalized by the villagers however he lost his life in Van University Hospital. The family and the relatives of Kurucan gathered in front of the hospital.
