151 Kurdish politicians answered the judges in Kurdish at the start of the trial in Diyarbakir today.
Turkey on Monday began the trial against 151 politicians and activists, including 12 elected mayors, charged with links to KCK.
The defendants spoke Kurdish as the judge read their names they stand up and said "here" in Kurdish.
The prosecution charges the defendants with "membership of the Democratic Confederation of Kurdistan/Turkish Assembly (KCT/TM) as the urban organization of the PKK", the Kurdistan Workers Party.
Hundreds wait outside the Diyarbakir courthouse for the outcome of the first day of the trial.
Members of the Turkish Peace Parliament, representatives of leftist/socialist parties, NGO representatives, rights lawyers and intellectuals are monitoring the trial in Diyarbakýr.
