The Hamas Health Ministry announced on Friday that 36,731 people have been killed in the Palestinian territories since the start of the war, which has left eight months behind.
According to the statement, 83,530 people were injured in the Gaza Strip during the war.
Shelling by the Israeli air force, artillery and navy continued along the Gaza Strip.
According to local sources, the Israeli army used artillery to hit al-Mahazi and al-Burayj camps in the central Gaza Strip, as well as the town of al-Qarara near Khan Younis and Rafah city.
The Israeli army also confirmed in a statement on Telegram that it carried out operations in these areas, claiming that it ‘neutralised dozens of terrorists, detected weapons and destroyed terrorist infrastructure in the region’.
