Court sends two of the 35 people taken into custody on Wednesday in Şırnak to prison

Two of the 35 people taken into custody in Şırnak were sent to prison, one released under judicial control.

Three of the 35 people taken into custody in Şırnak within the scope of an investigation on alleged "financial support to an illegal organization" launched by the Şırnak Chief Public Prosecutor on 17 November were referred to the courthouse today.

Abdullah Eren and another person whose name could not be learned, were referred to the prosecutor's office with a request for arrest.

The two were remanded in custody and sent to Şırnak T Type Closed Prison while Cindi Özdemir was released under judicial control.

Interrogation proceedings of 32 more people, who were referred to the courthouse in groups of three, continue.

The names of those in custody are as follows: “Idris Deniz, İbrahim Kartal, Fahrettin Adıgüzel, Muaz İke, İslam İke, Reşit Salğucak, Mustafa Anak, Sıdık Kılınç, Feyzi Yılmaz, Nezir Yılmaz, İsa Yılmaz, Mahmut Ataman, Hasan Atak, Şükrü Atak, Ahmet Atak, Enes Kulter, Emin İbren, Mustafa Uysal, Süleyman Gören, Besim Katar, İbrahim Cavlak, Temer Uluğ, Hazım Kayaalp, Osman Kunur, Abdullah Eren, Süleyman Onuk, Osman Coşkun, Levent Ercan, Lokman Caner, Faysal Acar, Cindi Özdemir and 4 people whose names are unknown.”
