Families and tradesmen were visited. More than 10 thousand brochures and leaflets were distributed. We plan to distribute 10 thousand more by Friday, 16 February."

Everyone should come to Cologne

Dimili added: "If we want to strengthen the hand of President Apo (Abdullah Öcalan), we will fulfil our patriotic duty with the spirit of the Rome process and march in Cologne on 17 February. We believe that we will successfully carry out this march in the center of Cologne with hundreds of thousands of people."

Sidar Ayhan from the Cologne Viyan Women's Council drew attention to the isolation that has been imposed for 25 years on the Kurdish People's Leader and said: “We are continuing our preparations. We are calling our people. Let's liberate our leader and our people."

No one should stay at home

Kurds are holding meetings with immigrant groups and German left circles in Cologne. Cemîla Bokanî from the Viyan Women's Council, said: "Rêber Apo is in great isolation. Let our people from four parts of Kurdistan join the march in Cologne on 17 February."

Yıldız Filimci from the Viyan Women's Council also said: "No one should stay at home on Saturday 17. Kurds should close their businesses and join the march. This is the only way isolation can be broken, and freedom can be achieved. Everyone who is in favor of justice, human rights, democracy and freedom should be in Cologne. The greatest injustice in the world is experienced on Imrali Island. We invite all immigrant groups in Germany, the Kurdish people, and all German left-socialists to the Cologne march."
