In a press statement on behalf of the chairs of the bar associations, Cavit Dursun, the President of the Kayseri Bar Association, said that they needed to make statements about unrealistic statements. "We came to the Parliament only to explain the facts and to use our right to express our opinions as the Assembly is the legal and principal interlocutor on the matter."
Dursun said that they made a historical call and added: “We are waiting in front of the Parliament, which is our interlocutor. We are waiting for the chair of the Assembly and the chair of the commission here.”
The Bar associations continue to protest in front of the Parliament.
