Kurdish activists Hüseyin Yıldız and Hasbi Çakıcı are on hunger strike in the Hague, Netherlands against the isolation of Abdullah Öcalan. The two activists were visited by HDP Batman MP Feleknas Uca.

Hüseyin Yıldız and Hasbi Çakıcı have joined the hunger strike resistance launched by DTK co-chair and HDP Hakkari MP Leyla Güven who is demanding the end of isolation imposed on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.

The hunger strikers were visited by HDP Batman MP Feleknas Uca on Friday.

Speaking during the visit, Uca commended the hunger strikers for their brave resistance and said: “Ending isolation will open the road to peace in Turkey.”

Hunger striker Çakıcı underlined the importance of the action and the determination of HDP Hakkari MP Leyla Güven, who leads it.
