World's biggest and most popular video sharing website, YouTube, has been opened for access in Turkey after a 2,5 year long ban.

Public access to the website was cut by a court decision over some disputed videos, deemed to be offending Turkey's founder Mustafa Kemal Atatürk.

The ban on You Tube was finally lifted today.
