Ronahi Women's Council in Hannover, organised an action to protest the seizure of the HDP-run municipalities by the AKP / MHP alliance.

Activists said in their speeches that the trustee coup is politically unethical and underlined that the will of the people cannot be usurped by a coup. Activists also reiterated their message that the actions will continue until all political prisoners, starting with Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan, are free.

The action ended with the slogans: "Freedom for Öcalan, Status for Kurdistan", "Freedom for all political prisoners", "Jin, jiyan, azadi".
