30 ISIS members killed as SDF liberates a village in Deir ez-Zor
SDF fighters advancing against ISIS in Deir ez-Zor countryside have liberated a village southeast of Mayadeen and 30 ISIS members were killed in clashes.
YPG-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) are making further advances against ISIS in the Operation Cizire Storm they launched on September 9 to liberate Deir ez-Zor countryside from ISIS.
SDF fighters entered the village of Sineyda 30 km southeast of Mayadeen Wednesday morning. Following fierce clashes with ISIS gangs, they liberated the village in the evening.
30 ISIS members were killed and a vehicle belonging to them were destroyed during the fighting in the village.
