17 ISIS members killed in the Operation Wrath of Euphrates

Fighters partaking in the Operation Wrath of Euphrates have liberated the village of Bîr Saîd following clashes ongoing since last night.

Third phase of the Operation Wrath of Euphrates launched on February 4 for the liberation of eastern Raqqa from ISIS occupation and encirclement of the city continues at full force.

Wrath of Euphrates fighters have liberated the village of Bîr Saîd to the northeast of Raqqa following clashes that erupted last night and continued into this morning.

During the following mop-up operations started in the village, corpses of 17 ISIS members and many munitions including 10 Kalashnikov rifles, 10 mortar bombs and 7 hand grenades were discovered and seized by the fighters.

On the other hand, mine-clearance teams affiliated to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have neutralized 50 mines laid by ISIS gangs.
