The campaign to send 100 thousand cards to Imralı demanding freedom for Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan was launched in Stuttgart. Activists called on everyone to participate in the campaign.

FED-GEL (Federation of Kurdish Peoples) announced that it started a campaign to send 100 thousand cards to Abdullah Öcalan from Stuttgart.

A call was made for everyone to join the campaign at the meeting organized at the Stuttgart Democratic Kurdish Community Center. The meeting was attended by KON-MED co-chair Ruken Akça.

Akça said that Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan is being kept under heavy isolation, which in fact means that the Kurdish people as a whole are under isolation. She added that the solution to the problems experienced in both Turkey and the Middle East passes through the new paradigm by Abdullah Öcalan as well as his freedom.
