According to information ANF obtained from reliable sources, YPG Commander General Sipan Hemo has arrived in Moscow to attend the ‘Award of Heroism' given by Russian State Presidency. The award is reportedly given to ‘commanders who showed heroism in the Syrian war’.

Commander Sipan Hemo is reported to be attending the award ceremony in official YPG uniform.

Reports suggest that Hemo is also having a series of talks with Russian officials. None of the sides has made an official statement on the subject yet.
