Bodies of six persons who lost their life in the ambushes on Security Directorate in Çaldýran district of Van and Depin police check point in Hakkari last night were brought to the Van State Hospital. Turkish officials claimed that the bodies are of Kurdish fighters.

It is reported that while 3 persons lost their life in the ambush of police basis in Van 3 others lost their lives in a clash took place between special forces and Kurdish guerrillas in Hakkari.

People’s Defence Forces (HPG) has made no comment regarding the allegations.
