Rojhilat protested against execution of Kurdish activists

Shopkeepers kept their shutters down to protest against Iranian execution of Kurdish activists and attacks in South Kurdistan.

People in many cities of Rojhilat (East Kurdistan) have protested the execution by the Iranian regime of Ramin Hossein Panahi, Zanyar Muradi and Luqman Muradi as well as the attack carried out against the PDK-I and HDK premises in Koyê, South Kurdistan region.

Many shopkeepers kept their shutters down to protest and to remember the three young Kurdish activists and the many victims of the attack in South Kurdistan.

The boycott began in Sine and later spread to Marivan, Kamiran, Bane, Mahabad, Piranshahr, Serdesht and Shino.

Videos from Kirmanshan show that life came to a standstill in the province.

Iranian regime forces broke the lock of the shops not opened in Bane. Despite all the attacks, the people continued their boycott.

In Mahabad, on the other hand, regime forces marked the shops not opened by their owners.
