Anti-terror police units have raided Van's Edremit district municipality.

A large number of police teams have also been deployed in the area while anti-terror police teams continue a detailed search in the municipality building.

Edremit Municipality Co-mayor Sevil Rojbin Çetin was detained early yesterday morning and remanded in custody in the afternoon.
