HPG (People's Defense Forces) Press Center reported in a written statement that the military activity of the Turkish army in Kurdistan continues.

According to the HPG statement, an activity of Turkish warplanes took place over Avashin region of Medya Defense Zones between 16:30 - 17:00 on June 1.

Turkish troops at Serbesta guard post at the border in Uludere district of Şırnak carried out random bombardment in the surrounding areas at 15:00 on June 1.

Again on June 1, Turkish UAVs performed reconnaissance flights over Lameç area in Pülümür district of Dersim between 21:00 – 22:00, and over Iğdır province and Kirê Kor area between 13:00 – 16:30.

HPG said Turkish army also made intense shipment to Hani district of Amed and to Koçê village guard post in Karayazı district of Erzurum at 08:30 yesterday morning.

The statement by HPG added that UAVs of the Iranian army also carried out reconnaissance flights over Kandil region in Medya Defense Zones between 16:00 – 18:00 and 20:00 - 21:00 yesterday.
