KDP administration had prevented the passage of 11 YPG/YPJ fighters, who had died as they were fighting ISIS gangs in Kobanê and Cizîrê cantons, into North Kurdistan through Sêmalka Border Gate and South Kurdistan earlier today. People’s protest forced KDP officials to allow the passage of the bodies.

BODIES WERE KEPT FOR 2 HOURS

After the protest of thousands of civilians from Dêrik and Girkê Legê at the Sêmalka Border Gate, KDP officials were forced to allow the passage of YPG/YPJ martyrs Hüseyin Gökalp (Rustem Cûdî), Yakup Türkan (Tekoşer Nisêbîn), İsmail Ataman (Dilşêr Botan), Mahsum Seçen (Zerdeşt Avesta), Fatma Dalmîş (Mezra Botan), Hazal Eren (Newroz Botan) Necla Yilmaz (Tekoşîn Nûda), Emine Denîç (Bêrîtan Gap), Ayşe Kaçar (Bêrîtan Gabar), Delet Toran (Bêrîtan Zîlan) and Adem Tankan (Devrim Sipêrtî). After being kept at the border gate for 2 hours, the bodies are now in South Kurdistan on their way to North Kurdistan.
